Second Chance Employment Program

Why it Matters? We don’t just help people find jobs—we help them reclaim their future. When individuals are given a real second chance after incarceration or with a past criminal record, the impact extends far beyond employment. Families are strengthened, communities become safer, and cycles of incarceration are broken.

If you are an individual that is experiencing these hardships and ready to make a change, register today.

Our Approach

The Second Chance Employment Program is designed to support individuals with criminal records or those returning from incarceration as they rebuild their lives and reenter the workforce with confidence.

We recognize that the biggest barrier to a fresh start is often not ability—but access. Many individuals face challenges securing documentation, employment due to gaps in experience, lack of certifications, or uncertainty in professional presentation. This program exists to bridge that gap.

Through structured approach utilizes support, hands-on training, and personalized guidance, we help participants develop the skills, confidence, and tools necessary to obtain and maintain meaningful employment.
